Refund policy

Individual artists possess the right to terminate any service contract within 7 days without providing a reason (‘Termination Period’). This Termination Period ends 7 days after the artist pays the Subscription Fee and uploads their initial recording (or Recordings).

If opting to terminate this Service Contract during the Termination Period and if we haven’t commenced providing the Services, upon request, we will refund all payments received from the contract’s formation. The reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method as the initial transaction. We will refund the amount as soon as possible, within 14 days of receiving the decision to terminate the contract for Services and request a refund.

If opting to terminate outside the 7 days or within the 7 days but after our services have begun, the Subscription Fee cannot be refunded. In such cases, if there’s a desire to distribute additional Recordings, the individual will need to subscribe again. Refunds (as detailed above) are exclusively available to individual artists under consumer protection laws and do not apply to labels.
